Course description

If you are scared of falling, find it hard to commit to a move (high)above a bolt, experience difficulties focusing, or just want to deepen your understanding of mental aspects of climbing, sign up for a limited opportunity The Rock Warrior’s Way mental training clinic on the Turkish rock. There will be two weekend clinics in February, each in a group of just four people. You will learn how to focus attention under stress which will allow you to better deal with doubts and improve commitment. Requirements – lead climbing experience, climbing min 6a outdoors. Clinics are valuable to climbers of any level and will be adjusted to anyone’s needs to create an appropriate challenge level.
